There was a time when I had no idea what on earth I was doing. I had just come back from the UK and settled back in South Africa and all I had was my camera and a few friends who I coerced and bribed into modelling for me. I had no clue where this could and WOULD eventually take me. I hated that feeling. A feeling of just floating through life with no direction and no goals.
That was back in 2012 and now, fast forward 4 years, I no longer recognize myself as a photographer, rather, an artist. Its taken me 4 years to come to this realization. For whatever reason it was; fear of failing, overthinking the perceived arrogance of labelling onesel
